Product Quality
We make every effort to accurately describe our products. Used pallets are sold in grades (A, B, C) as described on our website. While we inspect all pallets, minor variations in used pallet condition may occur.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Returns may be subject to restocking fees and the product must be in original condition.
Limitation of Liability
Nashville Pallets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products or services in question.
